Course Description

This course examines the strategic and operational aspects of employee reward systems in organizations. It explores both financial and non-financial reward mechanisms, how they align with organizational objectives, the legal and ethical context in Kenya (and globally), and how to design, implement, monitor and evaluate effective reward management programes in a TVET environment.
